This Training is Designed to Provide SMSA employees with the basic understanding of the Competencies Framework in SMSA and its’ levels as well as to explain and address the gaps in a specific competency that needed by employees to achieve expected results in their activities.
The Training consists of two modules:
The first will focus on explaining the competencies in SMSA and how it applies to the employees.
The Second will explain the competency relevant to a gap identified in the employee competency review.
